How does the System Work?
Though I love this site as my own and welcome the wonderful new look and wonder at the ingenuity that makes it work, I find myself at a loss as to how to do things.
I have registered - easy enough - and even started a blog (completely new concept for me) but when I tried to add comments both to my own blog and then to Beadysea's excellent photo of a butterfly, nothing happened when I pressed "submit".
Are posts checked for content before being put on the site? Am I pressing the wrong buttons? Or is there a technical problem?

Case of the disappearing posts
Thanks LJ for giving the site a good check over. Comments were set for an admin approval. Seems slightly inconsistent considering registered user can post blogs etc without approval. This has now been fixed and registered user can comment without approval.
The Dollar Bit
I've been clicking links as Digger asked me to and there is a bit of a problem with unclosed tags on the first entry in the Dollar Page.
Apart from that. Its all excellent. A little confusing but Excellent.
